WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE!

I have been competing in surflife saving since I joined Nippers at 5 years of age and it has been a dream of mine since I can remember to become a professional Ironwoman like my idol Karla Gilbert.

I feel so lucky to be involved in the Ironwoman Series for the upcoming season.

The Ironwoman Series this season will involve 6 very different race formats and some new locations and after watching the trials at Noosa I have no doubt that the standard of racing will be harder and faster than ever before and to make the podium will be a genuine test of endurance, skill and "will to win" for all the athletes.

I am sure there are 19 other Ironwoman who feel exactly like me at the moment – excited, ready to go and so much energy for the racing ahead. The first race at Surfers Paradise in December just cant come soon enough for me.

So that I can let everyone know just how things are going for me during the Series I have decided to use facebook and twitter a lot more (as well as my web site). I hope you enjoy the stories I tell as I am sure the Series will be a huge emotional roller coaster for every athlete.
